Understand our OneBlock service more clearly.

The Subscription is built up off weekly, monthly and annual services. Each building will have different requirements. Typically cleaning is weekly, gardening/landscaping is monthly and assets like boilers etc are on annual checks however we can cater this to the individual building’s requirement. 

The Subscription is typically 12 months, we can extended to 2 and 3 year contracts and we typically fix the price if you want a longer period.

We always try to help and be flexible where we can but in order to give you a great service and offer all our extra little freebies we need you to commit to us for a minimum of 12 months subscription, however some of the annual services can be cancelled if they haven’t been carried out yet.

Yes of course. We can add them to the monthly subscription and just prorate it for the remainder of that years subscription.

We try to keep it consistent and have the same operatives always attend the same blocks. Where that isn’t possible because of holidays, staff changes etc we ensure that the operatives have access to the history of the block for the service they provide.

As part of the subscription we try to make the whole experience with us as seamless as possible. So we fix the price throughout the subscription. You will not be affected by price changes. We attend a GM once a year to help you and the residents with any questions regarding our service and how we can do more to help and we also maintain a list of your assets so we can help you keep track of servicing requirements and it helps us if you need us to replace anything in the building.

No. There is no signing on fees at all. Sometimes what you may need is a spring clean or a full building inspection before you commence the subscription but this is to get the building in order and to the level it should have been at before your all inclusive service. There is no fee for the subscription.
